Refund Policy

Ziva Wellness

At Ziva Wellness, we are committed to providing high-quality wellness services and programs. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Services & Appointments

  • Refunds are not provided for completed services.

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to a scheduled appointment are eligible for rescheduling or a credit.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or no-shows, are non-refundable.

2. Packages & Memberships

  • Wellness packages and memberships are non-refundable once activated.

  • Unused sessions within a package may be transferred or rescheduled within the package validity period, subject to availability.

3. Programs, Workshops & Retreats

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the program start date may receive a partial refund, minus any administrative fees.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable.

  • If Ziva Wellness cancels an event, a full refund or credit will be issued.

4. Digital Products & Online Content

  • All digital products, online courses, and downloadable content are non-refundable once access has been granted.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the event of medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, at the sole discretion of Ziva Wellness.

6. How to Request a Refund
